Leisure Centre Manager
Job Summary:
A dynamic and proactive individual is sought to lead the management of our leisure centre facilities. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
* Manage and maintain accurate records including maintenance logs, pool chemical checks, and team rosters.
* Develop and implement strategies for membership sales, renewals, and customer relationship management.
* Liaise with hotel management to align the club's offerings with guest expectations and brand standards.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in managing a leisure or fitness facility (ideally within a hotel or health club).
* Swim Teacher Certificate - essential.
* Lifeguard Certificate - essential.
* Fitness Instructor qualification - essential.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Strong customer service and communication abilities.
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations, particularly in aquatic environments.
