You'll also partner with internal and external stakeholders on tax planning, acquisitions, and major international operations.This is a high-impact role suited to someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to shape the future of tax compliance and strategy within a fast-paced, growing organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesReview corporation tax calculations and returns, including compliance with Pillar Two requirementsManage timely payment of preliminary tax and balances for all entitiesProvide support on Transfer Pricing and Inter-Company PricingLiaise with external advisors, auditors, and global tax authoritiesAssist with tax planning, budgeting, and due diligence for M&A and joint venturesAdvise project, legal, and operations teams on tax implications of contracts and cross-border activitiesMonitor legislative changes and assess impact on the businessDrive continuous improvement in tax processes and internal controlsExperienceWhat You BringStrong knowledge of Irish and international tax regimesExcellent Excel skills and analytical capabilitiesProactive, detail-focused, and solution-drivenClear communicator with strong interpersonal skillsExperience in the construction sector is a bonus, not a mustQualificationsCTA qualified and ACA/ACCA qualified accountantMinimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a similar roleAdditional InformationWhy Join Sisk?At Sisk, our people are at the heart of our success.
