About this Role
We are seeking a seasoned Partner Development Manager to lead our EMEA partner strategy, identify and recruit new partners, and activate existing ones through comprehensive training and joint business development activities.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute EMEA partner strategy to drive revenue growth
* IDentify, onboard, and nurture high-value partners across the EMEA region
* Foster strong relationships with partners through regular training, planning & joint business activities
* Host strategic partner reviews to ensure alignment and progress
* Collaborate closely with sales, customer success & marketing teams to drive collective goals
* Meet or exceed annual revenue targets from partner-sourced business
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in quota-carrying partner-facing roles at a high-growth software company
* Demonstrated ability to generate sales opportunities from initial contact to closure, negotiate agreements, and build lasting partnerships
* Strong technical acumen to understand complex concepts and articulate them effectively to others
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
* Willingness to travel up to 25% of work time for partnership development and strategic alignment
