The Opportunity:
Join Ireland\'s top property consultancy in Dublin as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with our Professional Services and Advisory team. We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 2 years post-APC qualification
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Conduct Red Book-compliant and portfolio valuations for secured lending and financial reporting purposes.
* Prepare or contribute to valuations in accordance with internal procedures and relevant professional standards, under appropriate supervision.
* Deliver high-quality valuation reports covering a broad geographic area.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Collect, analyse, and interpret market data, transactions, statistics, and supporting evidence in line with established best practices.
* Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards while contributing to team performance targets.
* Assist in the preparation of tenders, reports, and responses to correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
* Carry out countrywide inspections as required.
* Perform additional duties as required, in line with the evolving needs of the role.

We’re looking for someone who brings the following strengths to the role:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chartered Surveyor (SCSI and/or RICS) in a professional services or valuation environment.
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality valuation outputs in line with relevant legislation, case law, and professional standards.
* Strong understanding of valuation principles, including the application of precedents and practice notes.
* The candidate should have working knowledge and experience of Argus Enterprise and Developer
* Skilled in report writing, data analysis, and managing multiple assignments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
* Effective team player with experience working within structured project environments.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop client relationships and contribute to business growth.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and self-motivated.
* Holder of a PSRA licence (or eligible to obtain one).
* Full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle
