HR Operations Manager
About the Role: Matrix Recruitment is working exclusively with our valued client, Panelto Foods in Co.
Longford, to recruit an experienced HR Operations Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with a fast-growing, world-class bakery in Longford, supporting a high-volume, dynamic manufacturing environment.
You'll act as a key business partner to Operations, ensuring workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management are aligned with production demands and business goals.

This role reports into the Head of HR.
What You'll Do
Provide proactive HR support to the Operations leadership team.
Lead end-to-end HR activities: recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, absence management, and engagement.
Support shift planning and resourcing to meet production peaks.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with Irish employment law.
Champion performance management, coaching managers to drive accountability and results.
Deliver learning and development initiatives to enhance operational skills and leadership capability.
Track HR metrics to inform operational decisions and drive improvements.
Support change management initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Who You Are
Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline; CIPD desirable.
3+ years' experience in a senior HR role, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing.
Strong HR business partnering skills, balancing strategic insight with practical delivery.
Knowledge of Irish employment law and HR metrics.
Resilient, hands-on, data-driven, and excellent at influencing across all levels.
Experienced in driving engagement, leading change, and supporting operational excellence.
