The Role
We are working with a top-tier international law firm based in Dublin for a Solicitor to join their Corporate Tax team.
The successful candidate will join a growing corporate tax team advising a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and private clients. The role involves advising on a broad range of complex corporate tax matters, including cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, financing arrangements, and tax-efficient structuring of business operations and investments.
The position also includes advising private clients on domestic and international tax and succession planning, conducting detailed research on Irish and international tax legislation, and assisting with the preparation and negotiation of transaction documents from a tax perspective.
