With a reputation for innovation, quality, and customer partnership, they are expanding their Irish sales team and seeking a talented Business Development Executiveto drive growth and strengthen relationships across Ireland.
The Role: As Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for: Developing and expanding new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
Promoting the company's full range of products and Kanban supply solutions to existing and potential customers.
Managing and growing key accounts through regular contact, site visits, and solution-based selling.
Working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and tailor solutions to client needs.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and contributing to regional and global sales growth targets.
What We're Looking For: Proven track record in B2 B sales, ideally within a service based environment ie- Recruitment or FM services.
Full training will be provided.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
Full driving licence and ability to travel throughout Ireland.
