About The Role
Due to a retirement, we are currently recruiting for a Store Manager in our Greybridge Farm & Home Store, based in Greybridge, Co. Limerick. Farm & Home Store is the retail division of Kinisla Agribusiness, offering a wide range of farming, gardening, hardware, household, pet essentials, clothing, and footwear nationwide.
What will I be doing?
Driving sales performance.
Providing excellent customer service.
Managing the ordering of goods.
Maintaining effective stock control.
Resolving customer complaints.
Handling cash and processing transactions.
Supervising and supporting team members.
Carrying out manual handling tasks.
Operating a forklift.
Overseeing health and safety standards.
What do I need to be successful?
We look for the right competencies and aptitudes, as well as a proven track record in a similar role.
2–5 years' relevant experience.
Experience working with autonomy and responsiveness.
A passionate and enthusiastic approach.
Ability to drive sales by identifying customer needs, recommending products, and closing sales.
Understanding and analysing sales performance figures.
Demonstrating excellent communication and people management skills.
