This is a temporary, full-time role for one of our clients, a 4-star hotel in Tralee. You will be the first point of contact for guests and responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Serving as the primary liaison between our client and their guests.
* Coordinating with various hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Managing reservations and providing information and assistance to guests.
