**Hotel Operations Manager Needed**
We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight shifts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing front office operations, leading teams, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the entire hotel operation during overnight shifts
* Working closely with associates across all departments to maintain 5-star standards
* Serving as the escalation point of contact for the Front Desk during overnight shifts and acting as Duty Manager
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety, fire, and compliance protocols to guarantee guest safety
* Responding to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing their needs and adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
**Requirements**
* At least 2 years of management and front office experience
* Night management experience preferred
* Ability to bespoke personal experiences for all hotel guests
* Hands-on approach and experience in leading and motivating teams to ensure the smooth, efficient operation of the department
* Opera property management system experience
* Fluency in written and spoken English is required
