Join a dynamic, fast-paced team at Compass Group Ireland as a Food & Beverage Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in creating memorable customer experiences through delicious food and expertly crafted drinks. This is afull-time role, working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:00 AM / 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM / 4:00 PM.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Prepare high-quality food and expertly blended beverages that delight our clients and customers
* Craft visually appealing food counters and coffee displays that attract and engage
* Operate tills and handle transactions efficiently (cash and card)
* Ensure cleanliness of all working areas, including barista stations and service counters
* Learn and apply best practices in brewing, beverage blends, and food presentation
* Monitor and maintain brewing equipment and report any issues
* Uphold the highest Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards
* Represent Compass Group Ireland with pride and contribute to a positive team culture
Our ideal Food & Beverage Assistant will:

* Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or as a barista is an advantage
