Bar Supervisor Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our fast-paced bar and restaurant environment. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Bar Supervisor.
**Job Responsibilities:**
1. Supervise the bar and floor teams, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
2. Work closely with F&B assistants to provide excellent customer service.
3. Maintain the bar area, ensuring it is stocked correctly and presented attractively at all times.
4. Support staff in resolving guest complaints and inquiries, promoting effective communication skills throughout the team.

The successful candidate will have:
