Internal Communications Specialist
Hybrid role – Dublin 2 / 2 days onsite.
Our client have a rapidly expanding workforce and are building out their internal communications function, as a result we are looking to recruit an experienced Internal Communications professional, with 5 plus years' experience, candidates must have prior experience working with a large employee base.
This role focuses on delivering clear, engaging internal communications across multiple digital channels, supporting strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Advising internal stakeholders on communications approaches and messaging
* Creating and publishing engaging content across intranet, SharePoint, ezines and employee publications
* Developing and managing internal channels and editorial plans
* Supporting digital, audio-visual and content initiatives to drive employee engagement
* Managing day-to-day SharePoint / intranet publishing and basic analytics
* Working cross-functionally with People, Brand, Digital, Media and Project teams
* Engaging with third-party suppliers where required to assess and optimise internal platforms
About you:
* Proven internal communications experience in a large, complex organisation
* Strong digital and content skills, particularly across intranet and SharePoint
* Confident stakeholder manager with excellent writing and communication skills
* Organised, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple priorities
