Job Title: Vehicle Component Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Component Specialist to join our Aftersales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of vehicle components, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve customers at the trade counter with timely and accurate parts supply.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing parts using EPC, DMS, and manufacturer systems. They must also prepare parts quotations, check availability, communicate lead times clearly to customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
:
* Maintaining stock levels by ordering replenishments from logistics centers
* Liaising closely with Service Advisors Workshop Controllers Technicians ensuring workshop jobs are fully supported providing assistance when needed.
