This role involves offering guidance on employee relations and performance management, in line with relevant employment legislation.
* Provide full HR support in a busy environment
* Act as the primary point of contact for employees and management
* Offer advice, coaching, and guidance related to Employee Relations and Performance Management
* Assist managers with talent acquisition and effective workforce planning
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* HR/Business third level qualification
* CIPD accreditation (advantageous)
* Full driving licence
* 4+ years HR experience in a Generalist role
* Strong knowledge of Employment Legislation
* Experience and confidence working with confidential cases
* Excellent communication skills
