Knightsbrook Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Trim is currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Chefs of all kind to join their professional and highly skilled Kitchen team. If you have the relevant qualifications /experience, would like to develop your career within a busy hotel and have a real passion for food and the industry we could have an excellent opportunity for you.
The role will involve preparation and service assisting the Executive Chef and his team on a daily basis with functions and events.
We are happy to support any chef looking to further their career with college courses and work closely with a variety of colleges.
Requirements:
* Must be knowledgeable of HACCP Minimum level 3.
* Must be fluent in the English Language both written and spoken.
* Must be enthusiastic and a quick learner.
* Must be able to multi-task and be willing to help out where required in all areas of the hotel.
* Must have a good knowledge of food
* Excellent communications skills.
* Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
* Must be available and flexible for early starts and late finishes, weekends and bank holidays
Experience:
Must have drive and passion and love what you do. Flexibility with regard to working hours, in order to handle any unexpected requirements.
