Assistant Café ManagerOverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Cafe Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of what will be one of our busiest and exciting cafe opportunity, in the flagship Dairygold Co-Op superstore. Blending retail and hospitality to offer the customer a premium experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Assistant Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the the Cafe Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the cafe, managing staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You will work closely with the Cafe Manager to implement policies and procedures, manage inventory, and ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to perform their best. Your role will also involve handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the cafe.
