Moxy Dublin Docklands is preparing to open its doors—and we’re looking for Housekeeping Associates who take pride in presentation, love a tidy space, and bring energy to every shift.
As part of our pre-opening team, you’ll help shape the guest experience from the ground up—literally.
What You’ll Do
• Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms in line with Moxy’s quality and brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, lounges, restrooms, and corridors.
• Replenish guest amenities and linens with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Report maintenance issues or room damages promptly to the appropriate team.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and report any malfunctions or shortages.
• Support laundry operations and handle linen stock as required.
• Uphold the Moxy spirit by being friendly, efficient, and approachable with guests and teammates.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and in accordance with training.
• Report any hazards or incidents promptly to the supervisor or manager on duty.
Customer Care Focus
• Deliver friendly, helpful service that reflects the Moxy brand personality.
• Respond to guest requests with efficiency and a can-do attitude.
• Take pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment that guests love to return to.
SOP Compliance & Review
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all housekeeping tasks.
• Participate in training and refreshers to stay up to date with procedures.
• Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
Brand Standards & Flexibility
• Uphold Marriott and Moxy brand standards in cleanliness, presentation, and guest interaction.
• Be flexible and hands-on—supporting other departments when needed.
• Embrace the dynamic nature of a pre-opening environment with energy and enthusiasm.
Communication
• Maintain clear and respectful communication with teammates and supervisors.
• Report issues, feedback, or guest concerns promptly and accurately.
• Participate in team briefings and contribute to a positive team culture.
What You Bring
• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is a plus—but not essential.
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Good physical condition and stamina to handle repetitive tasks and some lifting.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
• Positive energy and a passion for creating great guest experiences.
