Sound interesting?Then come and join our global team as Logistics Specialist, at our facility in Swords, DublinYour tasks and responsibilities:You will ensure zone/country operations receive the support required and organize to satisfy customer requirement with customer focused methods and solutionsYou will promote and communicate a culture of process improvement (and the associated benefits) cross-functionally within the organization from a logistics and customer focused perspectiveYou will ensure optimization of the logistics infrastructure whilst adhering to budgets and maximizing cost effectivenessYou will promote the use of existing KPI metric system: work with supply chain operations teams to resolve performance issues and ensure achievement of KPI targets to maintain customer satisfactionYou will report and communicate to senior directors/management on problems which arise and suggest solutions on how to overcome themYour qualifications and experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (QQI level 8).Business professional with minimum of 3 years relevant experience within a Planning, Logistics or Procurement functionProven experience of working with Microsoft office 365 and on data analyticsProven experience of dealing with external and internal customers on a global basis so intercultural understanding and sensitivity are very importantYour attributes and skills:You are a team player, capable of building strong and influential relationships with internal stakeholders to lead meetings effectively across various functionsYou have a good working knowledge of Supply Chain / Logistics Processes and Reporting TechniquesYou have great analytical skills with high attention to detail and process orientated approach to workYou are a problem solver with a continuous improvement mindsetYou are self-directing, goal orientated and able to prioritize your workloadOur global team:We are a team of more than 70,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what's possible in healthcare to help improve people's lives around the world.
