Key Responsibilities
Performance & CRO: Define KPIs, manage funnels, and run experimentation to improve conversion and engagement.
Customer Experience (UX): Own end-to-end journeys; ensure intuitive, compliant, and accessible experiences.
Analytics & Insight: Build dashboards, ensure data quality, and turn insights into actions.
SEO & Growth: Lead technical and content SEO to increase organic acquisition.

Experience
Strong background in digital performance, UX, CRO, SEO, or optimisation.
7+ years' experience in digital performance, UX/UI, CRO, SEO or digital product optimisation, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate digital performance into business outcomes.
Leadership of cross-functional teams.
Data-driven with experience linking metrics to business impact.
Experience in complex or regulated environments.
