My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Digital Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful delivery of digital initiatives, with a strong focus on website development projects within a CMS-driven environment and mobile applications for Android and iOS. This role operates within a fast-paced digital and technology setting, acting as the key liaison between clients, designers, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. You will manage the full project lifecycle from scoping and planning through to delivery and post-launch support while also providing leadership and direction to the web design team.Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and clients.Manage end-to-end website development projects within a digital/tech environment, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate internal web designers, developers, and third-party partners to ensure smooth execution of digital projects.Oversee CMS-based website builds (including platforms such as Umbraco or similar), ensuring functionality, usability, and performance standards are met.Manage and prioritise a web support ticketing queue, effectively allocating tasks across the web team.Monitor project performance, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement process improvements where required.Maintain high quality delivery standards across all website and digital outputs.Lead the web team by example, promoting best practice in digital project delivery, collaboration, and communication.Experience RequiredProven experience managing projects within a digital or technology environment, with a strong focus on website development and CMS-driven platforms.3–5 years experience managing website projects within a digital or technology environment.Solid understanding of website development processes, user experience principles, and content management systems (e.g., Umbraco or similar).Strong client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and deadlines.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional digital teams effectively.High level of initiative, accountability, and independent decision-making.Experience leading or managing a web or digital team.Strong understanding of team performance management and development.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
