Opportunity for Occupational Therapists in Older Persons Services
We are recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team providing care and rehabilitation support to older persons.

* CORU registration (essential)
* Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience as an Occupational Therapist
* Experience in seating assessments (desirable)
* Previous work with older persons in community or acute care settings
* Strong communication and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting detailed assessments to support residents' independence, functional ability, and quality of life
2. Recommending and managing appropriate assistive equipment and specialist seating solutions
3. Developing and implementing tailored, person-centred care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
4. Educating and advising residents, families, and care staff on adaptive strategies and long-term care approaches
5. Supporting and mentoring junior team members and contributing to service development
