Job Title: Project Manager
This is a key senior position within the organisation to support continued growth and deliver excellence across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Oversight and support for multiple live projects
 * Coordination with design teams for smooth information flow and timely issue of drawings and approvals
 * Attendance and leadership in progress and coordination meetings across all sites
 * Management and implementation of project programmes, budgets, and procurement schedules
 * Effective use and movement of company plant between sites
 * Closely working with Quantity Surveyors and purchasing teams to manage project finances and monthly valuations
Ideal Candidate:
 * Experienced Project Manager or Senior Site Manager ready to progress into a project management role
 * Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
 * Proven experience in residential, commercial, or public-sector construction
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
