About the Role
Orange Recruitment is partnering with a leading provider of intellectual disability services to find an exceptional candidate for the position of Clinical Nurse Manager or Social Care Leader. This role offers the opportunity to lead and co-ordinate the delivery of high-quality care, ensuring that individuals reach their full potential in a safe and inclusive environment.
This permanent contract is based on 35 hours per week, providing a great work-life balance for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Co-ordinate and lead the implementation of quality care consistent with the organisation's ethos and values.
* Ensure HIQA standards and regulations are adhered to.
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A BA (Ord) in Social Care Practice (Level 7 on the QQI framework) or be registered in the Intellectual Division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by Bord Altranais agus Cnimhseachais na hireann (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland).
* An appropriate management qualification in health or social care management.
* NMBI/CORU registration.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
* A full clean driving license and willingness to drive as part of the role.
