Servier, are looking for a dedicated and forward-thinking Learning & Development Lead to join their HR & Training team!
About the Role
As the L&D Lead, you will take the reins on all learning, training, and people development activities across the site.
Reporting to the Head of HR & Training, you'll partner with department heads, lead the L&D team, and ensure every employee is equipped to succeed — from induction to career development.
Learning & Development Act as the go-to expert for learning and development on-site Conduct needs assessments and design innovative, business-aligned L&D programs Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement Manage the Yearly Development Review (YDR) process Own the Excellence Through People accreditation Support apprenticeship and educational assistance programs Lead career pathing and development planning across the business Training Compliance & Strategy Oversee induction programs and ensure compliance with mandatory training Foster strong relationships with internal and external training partners Maintain accurate training records and support corporate training initiatives Leadership & Management Lead and develop the L&D team Shape and deliver HR strategies related to learning and people development Own and manage the site L&D budget Champion best practices and lean learning technologies We're looking for a confident, strategic thinker with:
A degree in HR, L&D, or related field 5+ years' experience in HR/L&D, ideally within pharma or a regulated industry Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience in driving talent management, career pathways, and leadership development Strong communication, planning, and multitasking abilities A passion for innovation, change, and building a culture of learning Servier is a unique global pharmaceutical group driven by a not-for-profit model.
