Job Title: Experienced Sous Chef
We are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join a well-established kitchen team in the scenic town of Dungarvan.
This is a great opportunity for a talented chef to develop their skills in a fast-paced and professional environment. As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef: Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard.
* Lead the Kitchen Team: Lead, supervise and develop junior kitchen team members.
* Maintain Food Standards: Maintain strict food hygiene, health and safety standards.
* Manage Stock and Inventory: Oversee stock control and inventory management.
