Responsibilities
Project planning using Primavera P6, MS Project or Asta.
Project progress measuring & monitoring.
Project progress reporting.
Coordinate schedules with site management, design teams & contractors.
Understand & maintain the contract programme.
Subcontractor progress monitoring.
Develop & monitor KPI’s.
Measure quantities from drawings to generate progress reports.
Assist with integration of programmes into BIM models (4d planning).
Provide strategic advice for safeguarding, growth and development.
Work as part of a team, including through flexible allocation of work as it arises.

What do you bring to the role?
Relevant Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
2+ years previous planning experience (ideal)
Proven experience in a planning role in the building construction industry (main contractor experience preferred)
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and lead times
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to take a multi-disciplined approach to building projects
Technically oriented and fully conversant in drawings, specs, BOQs, critical path programming, network analysis, etc.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a fully integrated team
Detail oriented with strong organisational skills
Proactive and solution-focused approach
Full driving licence
Eligibility to work in Ireland and fluent English
