Overview
Our client is an established commercial law firm based in Dublin 2. They are seeking an experienced property solicitor with conveyancing experience to join their high-performing team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of property transactions, ensuring the highest standards of legal service to their clients. Key Responsibilities
Handling all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters.
Advising clients on the legal implications of property transactions, reviewing and drafting contracts, and conducting due diligence.
Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth completion of transactions.
Qualifications
Qualified solicitor, specialising in conveyancing. All levels will be considered.
Experience
Proven track record of handling both residential and commercial property transactions independently.
Skills
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
