Key Responsibilities:
 * Create play-based educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
 * Ensure curriculum alignment with national standards and best practices in early childhood care and education.
 * Develop observational techniques to track each child's progress and provide regular updates to families and colleagues.
 * Contribute to a culture of professionalism, inclusion and safety within our centre.
Requirements:
 * Mandatory Qualifications:
 o Relevant experience in childcare (desired)
 o Fluent English communication skills
 o Passion for working with children, reliability, empathy and attention to detail
 * Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
 o Fetac Level 5 or equivalent in Early Childhood Care and Education
 o Experience implementing national standards and best practices in early childhood care and education
 o A commitment to ongoing professional growth and development within a values-driven setting
