Store Manager Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring efficient and effective management of all aspects of the service operation. This includes managing employee performance, inventory control, customer service, and sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the smooth running of the stores.
2. Collaborate with Regional Store Managers to set, monitor, and achieve sales targets.
3. Induct and train new employees to the highest standards in all aspects of their role.
4. Ensure security and health and safety standards are upheld.
5. Encourage staff to engage in up-selling promotional offers.
6. Manage stock control and process it in line with company standards.
7. Manage employee rostering, annual leave, and maintain good GDPR measures.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a dynamic retail management position.
* Proven skills managing people and communicating effectively.
* A proven track record of hitting KPIs/targets.
