As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records using Sage 50.
Main Responsibilities:
* Preparing and submitting VAT returns accurately and on time
* Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with attention to detail
* Performing Credit Control duties to ensure timely payment collection
* Assisting with month-end processes and reconciliations efficiently
* Utilizing Sage 50 for data entry and record maintenance
Requirements:
* Previous experience in accounts roles with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
* Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 or similar accounting software
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and suppliers
* Aptitude for managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
