As a Retail Betting Assistant, you will be the welcoming host for customers in our retail shops, ensuring they have an outstanding experience. You will engage warmly with visitors, provide best-in-class service, and promote our online and retail products and services. Your enthusiasm for technology will help customers enjoy their time with us, and you will be a key part of delivering hospitality in the dynamic world of retail betting.
Responsibilities
* Assisting customers to place bets through various channels, such as betting terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions
* Maintaining excellent shop presentation standards to create an inviting atmosphere
* Stepping up and guiding operations in the absence of the Shop and Deputy Manager
* Adapting to different situations while staying customer-focused
* Fulfilling social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations
