Dublin City Centre | Onsite 3 Days a Week We are hiring a Recruitment Administrator on a 6 month contract to support a busy talent team within a leading global tech company.
This is a great opportunity to build experience in recruitment operations while supporting recruiters and candidates day to day.
What you will do Support interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Help coordinate interview panels, book rooms and update calendars.
Keep recruitment data accurate in the ATS and track basic updates.
Assist with welcoming candidates onsite and preparing interview rooms.
Support job postings, templates and general admin tasks.
Help with recruitment projects, events and day to day coordination.
What you bring 6 months of experience in recruitment, or HR.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Clear and friendly communication skills.
Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks.
Working knowledge of GSuite or Microsoft Office.
Nice to have Exposure to an ATS such as Greenhouse or Workday.
Experience in a fast paced or customer facing environment.
