Human Resources Specialist Opportunity
We are excited to announce a new role for an experienced HR specialist to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to build and develop the HR function from the ground up and make a lasting impact on the organisation.
In this position, you will take full ownership of all HR-related activity, including creating and implementing policies and procedures, managing the employee lifecycle, delivering onboarding and training, and ensuring compliance across all HR processes.
1. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, contracts, and employee handbooks.
2. Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, inductions, starter forms, contracts, and exits.
3. Oversee HR administration, ensuring all employee records, training records, and certifications are accurate and compliant.
4. Support Facilities Management requirements as needed.
5. Work with department heads on Health & Safety matters, ensuring compliance and best practice.
6. Lead recruitment processes, liaising with external recruiters, managing job boards, and coordinating interviews.
7. Design and deliver effective onboarding and in-house training programmes.
8. Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR best practice.
9. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
10. Contribute to ISO accreditation processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
