*Role Summary:
We're seeking passionate and dedicated
Children's Residential Care Worker*
to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering individualised care to young people referred to our service, helping them grow, develop new skills, and overcome challenges.

*Responsibilities:*

* Develop and implement individualised Behaviour Support Plans and Placement Plans
* Support young people with educational activities, both at home and in school
* Deliver responsive residential care aligned with the Odyssey Model
* Maintain accurate daily records and communicate with parents, professionals, and referral agents
* Participate in team meetings, training, and service development
* Manage petty cash, assist with domestic routines, and contribute to a homely environment
* Uphold safeguarding protocols, confidentiality, and company policies

*Educational Requirements:*
A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant and related field that meets the criteria to be registered as a Social Care Worker with CORU.

*Required Criteria:*

* CORU registration
* A full, clean manual driving license that is valid in Ireland.
* Familiarity with the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres.
* Experience working with teenagers exhibiting challenging behaviour.
* Right to work and live in Ireland
