Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of large-scale construction projects across the data center industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage cross-functional teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
2. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets and risk management plans.
3. Oversee financial management of projects, including cost control, forecasting and margin analysis.
4. Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and internal quality standards.
5. Coordinate with design consultants, general contractors and client stakeholders.
6. Provide regular project updates to internal leadership and external clients.
Required Skills:
* Right to work in Ireland, UK and Nordics.
* 5+ years of project management experience in the construction or building services industry.
* Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects.
* Understanding construction contracts, safety legislation and project controls.
* Financial acumen with experience managing project P&L and forecasting.
* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Willingness to travel to construction sites as needed throughout Ireland, UK and Nordics (30%-40% Travel).
Preferred Qualifications:
* BMS knowledge or experience at project management level.
* Experience managing large-scale projects valued between £2M–£4M.
* Irish driving license.
* Background in delivering projects in regulated environments.
* Proficiency in project management software.
* PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
