Our client, operating within the Financial Services sector, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their busy Operational Department.
This role is key to supporting the smooth operation of day-to-day activities while providing high-level administrative support to both staff and management.
The successful candidate will help maintain efficient, client-focused processes and contribute to continuous improvements across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Support client onboarding and assist with periodic client reviews to uphold exceptional service standards.
Manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and effective utilisation.
Handle client-related administrative tasks, including wire transfers, stock transfers, account maintenance, and responding to daily requests.
Coordinate logistics, including meeting room bookings, client events, couriers, and shared calendars.
Assist with quarterly reporting, support ad-hoc projects, and recommend process enhancements.
Ideal Candidate 3+ years experience in an administrative role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise effectively, working independently and collaboratively within a small team.

Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
