The Role: Contracts Manager
Job Description:
* Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
* Work alongside the design team to plan works for new projects and create a programme for each project.
The Job Holder Will Be Responsible For:
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing projects through all aspects of construction from tender submission to handover.
* Closely monitoring construction to ensure quality of work. This includes coordinating with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate information on time.
