The Role
We're looking for a Technical Operations Associate with coding abilities who can tackle a variety of data and document management tasks while growing into a more analytical role over time. This position is available as either a permanent role or a 1-year rolling contract, depending on your preference.

What You'll Do:
* Help us migrate and organise data from various systems (including SAP, which could be a positive or a negative)
* Build tools to automate and streamline administrative processes
* Convert and standardise document formats at scale
* Assist with building better information architecture in SharePoint
* Support various technical projects as we upgrade our systems
* Learn our business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Technical Skills We're Looking For:
* Ability to code or strong willingness to learn quickly
* Experience with or interest in learning Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
* Comfort with using APIs and integrating different systems
* Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms is a plus
* Experience with AI tools for productivity and coding assistance

* Good with details and systematic in your approach
