As part of our continued ambitious growth plans, we are now recruiting for an IT Systems Admin and Support Specialist to join our team in Cork.
This newly created, hands-on role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ experience who wants to own the day-to-day IT function, help deliver practical IT improvements, and grow into a broader IT operations role over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
Day-to-Day IT Support & Administration
* Be thego-to support personfor our team of 40+ staff across 4 offices
* Provide full support onMicrosoft 365, including laptops, mobile phones, printers, softphones, and security tools
* Manageuser setup, troubleshooting, and licensingacross our internal tech stack:
* Microsoft 365 (including upcoming Windows 11 upgrade & SharePoint rollout)
* Wardal (our in-house timesheet and invoicing system)
* QuickBooks, Dropbox, Google Drive, NitroPro
* Own the relationship with our external IT provider and aim to enhance and optimise our outsourcing model over time.
* Track and managehardware, licences, and renewals
* Support IT budgeting and procurement alongside the Head of Finance
Projects & Improvement Work
* Lead and deliver at least one IT improvement project in your first 6–12 months
* Assist with internal dashboards, AI tools, and process automation where required
* Work closely with the Marketing team to manage all aspects of our website and adopt a continuous improvement approach to same.
* Document IT policies and procedures in collaboration with Compliance
* Train and support team members to get the most from our systems
* Work closely with the Compliance and Finance teams — and be available to support staff across the business as needed
About You
We’re looking for a solid generalist who can hit the ground running and grow with the role.
You will:
* Have 2–3 years’ experiencein IT support or systems admin, and hold a relevant IT qualification
* Be highly competent with Microsoft 365 administration
* Have experience with or be confident quickly learning systemslike Recruit CRM, QuickBooks, Dropbox/Google Drive
* Behands-on, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to deal with devices, connectivity, security, and user queries
* Be proactive, positive, and calm under pressure
* Be a team player — you’ll thrive in a business where everyone is respected
* Have good written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable delivering basic training and documentation
