Internal Sales & Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and organized Internal Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing teams from within VEI Global. This role focuses on lead generation, campaign execution, CRM management, and providing sales teams with the tools and information they need to close deals and grow revenue. The role also includes managing social media, website and industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
* Manage and qualify inbound leads and distribute to the relevant sales reps.
* Maintain and update customer records and sales pipeline in CRM (e.g.HubSpot).
* Prepare sales presentations, proposals, tenders and reports.
* Coordinate with the sales team to track industry requirements and events
Marketing Coordination:
* Assist in executing marketing campaigns (email, social media, events).
* Track campaign performance and compile analytics reports.
* Update and maintain marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, etc.).
* Support content creation and distribution through digital channels.
Internal Collaboration:
* Act as a liaison between marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment.
* Coordinate internal communications around promotions, product launches, and events.
* Provide administrative support for trade shows and customer events.

* Background in business, marketing, or related field (degree or experience).

Pay: €27,570.04-€35,000.00 per year
