As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations and inspiring our team to excellence.
Responsibilities
Oversee and support hotel operations, working closely with department managers.
Lead by example with a hands‑on, people‑first approach, fostering teamwork and positivity.
Ensure exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
Step into various departments when needed, keeping standards high and operations smooth.
Maintain a strong understanding of all hotel functions to provide effective leadership.
Build strong, professional relationships with both team members and senior management.
Take on responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management or the Group Management Team.
Qualifications
A passionate leader with proven experience in a hospitality management role.
A degree or diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management (preferred but not essential).
1–2 years of restaurant experience (an advantage).
Strong knowledge of food, beverages, coffee, wine, and cocktails.
Experience in front office operations is a plus.
A track record of delivering outstanding guest service and driving sales.
Familiarity with Hotsoft and Point of Sale systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
