The position involves regular engagement with customers and key stakeholders, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.The successful candidate will also contribute to improving systems, enhancing long-term processes, and supporting policy implementation relating to renewable generator connections.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage a high volume of renewable generator applications from initial application through to system connectionSupport the wider team in delivering accurate and timely application processingEngage with customers and key stakeholders on a daily basisManage and resolve generator-related queries within and outside the immediate teamSupport the maintenance and accuracy of relevant public-facing informationContribute to cross-functional projects focused on process improvement and system developmentImplement generator connection policies and applicable regulatory requirementsBuild strong internal relationships to support an efficient end-to-end generator connection processDevelop and maintain reporting on project status and connection offersKnowledge, Skills & ExperienceEssentialExperience dealing professionally with customers and stakeholdersStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)Proven ability to manage high workloads accurately and within deadlinesExperience working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and resolve issues proactivelyStrong team collaboration skills with the ability to support colleaguesAwareness of key technical aspects of electricity systems and renewable generation technologiesDesirableExperience working with renewable generator installations or grid connectionsExperience engaging with electricity industry stakeholdersFamiliarity with SAP systemsQualificationsThird-level qualification (or equivalent relevant work experience)Location & Working ArrangementThis role is based in Dublin 18, with a hybrid working model in place.
