Job Title: Research Nurse Specialist


Role Summary:

This key position supports the research activities of our organization by providing high-quality nursing care to clinical trial participants. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of research ethics, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.


Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver individualized patient care to clinical trial participants, encompassing screening, consenting, administering treatments, monitoring, and follow-up.
* Educate participants and their families regarding study procedures, potential risks, and benefits.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of trial-related procedures, interventions, and outcomes.
* Collaborate with principal investigators and research teams to implement study protocols effectively.
* Administer investigational products safely and in accordance with protocol and professional standards.
* Monitor participants for adverse events, report findings promptly, and contribute to safety management.
* Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, research ethics, and institutional policies at all times.
* Participate in site initiation, monitoring visits, audits, and inspections as required.
* Assist with trial logistics such as scheduling, data entry, sample handling, and record keeping.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication, patient care, and organizational skills. Strong ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team is also essential.
