Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver professional spa treatments tailored to individual guest needs.
2. Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards of the treatment rooms and spa facilities.
3. Build rapport with clients to ensure a memorable and personalized spa experience.
4. Advise guests on treatment options, spa products, and wellness services.
5. Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to health and safety policies.
6. Support spa promotional activities and retail sales.
7. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
Requirements
* Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy, massage, or related fields.
* Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury or reputable spa setting.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
* Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
