**Job Title:** Accommodation Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Manager to lead our housekeeping team in achieving exceptional cleanliness standards while delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the accommodation and housekeeping team
* Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control for all linen, cleaning supplies, guest rooms, and restrooms
* Maintain high standards across all rooms, public spaces, and meeting rooms
* Ensure efficient use of supplies, minimizing waste within the department
* Train and induct staff in adhering to Standard Operating Procedures
* Foster a culture of excellence, attention to detail, and teamwork
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless operational efficiency
Requirements:
* 2-3 years experience as an Accommodation Manager is essential
* Strong management skills, including leadership, communication, and problem-solving
* Computer literacy and experience with purchasing systems
* Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends as needed
