D365 CE Functional Consultant Rate: €500-550 per day Location: Dublin, County Dublin Type: 6 Months Rolling Start: 28/02/26 Hybrid We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant to join our clients team on a contract basis. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, deliver and optimise Dynamics CE solutions that enhance customer engagement, sales performance and service operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead functional workshops and gather detailed business requirements. Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service). Create solution design documentation, functional specs, and process flows. Support integrations, data migration, and testing cycles. Work with technical teams on customisations, plugins, and automation. Train end users and provide post-deployment functional support. Ensure solutions align with best practices and project governance. Requirements: 3+ years' experience as a Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Functional Consultant. Strong knowledge of core CE modules and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Proven experience delivering end-to-end CE implementations. Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop-facilitation skills. Strong understanding of business processes across sales, service, and customer engagement.
