Site Manager – Commercial Interior Fit-Out – Irish Midlands
Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 + Package

Our client is a well-established main contractor delivering high-quality commercial construction projects across Ireland, with a strong reputation in commercial offices, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee interior fit-out works across multiple projects in the Irish Midlands.
This role offers the opportunity to manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Manager will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, design teams, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, joinery, finishes, and M&E interfaces.
* Supervise and lead site teams and subcontractors.
* Ensure works are completed according to programme, drawings, and specifications.
* Monitor progress and maintain quality control standards.
* Promote and enforce health & safety on site.
* Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical and programme issues.
* Plan daily operations, allocate resources, and sequence work.
* Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks.
* Assist with method statements, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
* Maintain accurate site reports and progress updates.
* Ensure works meet client expectations and handover requirements.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial interior fit-out projects.
* Strong knowledge of health & safety standards on construction sites.
* Experience supervising subcontractors and on-site teams.
* Ability to manage project schedules and resources.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and fit-out processes.
