About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success & Partnership Manager to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for managing customer relationships post-funding, driving engagement, retention, and growth. You’ll also support our partner network — from onboarding to co-marketing and pipeline generation.
This is a key hire that bridges customer impact and strategic partnerships, working closely with the Head of CSM & Partnerships to scale our success model.
What You’ll Do
Customer Success
* Own a portfolio of funded customers, leading onboarding, training, and check-ins
* Proactively monitor health scores and usage signals to reduce churn and identify growth opportunities
* Support customer lifecycle initiatives including webinars, workshops, and community-building
* Collaborate with internal teams (credit, marketing, tech) to resolve issues and enhance experience
Partnership Management
* Support the onboarding and relationship management of financial services partners (VC, PE, EIIS, Venture Debt, Fractional Advisors)
* Assist in joint go-to-market efforts, co-marketing campaigns, and referral tracking
* Act as day-to-day liaison for partner questions, updates, and pipeline feedback
* Help maintain CRM and reporting dashboards for partner performance
Operational Excellence
* Use HubSpot and AI tools to streamline workflows and automate comms
* Contribute to the development of our customer portal and partner referral platform
* Help track and report KPIs across retention, satisfaction, and partner-sourced pipeline
What You Bring
* 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Partnerships, or Account Management
* Experience in fintech, financial services, or scaling B2B businesses preferred
* Strong relationship management skills — you're proactive, consultative, and a clear communicator
* Comfortable working across functions and managing multiple priorities
* Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (bonus: automation or AI-driven tooling)
* A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
