Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
This role is responsible for supporting People Leaders with performance & behavioral management situations across EMEA and LATAM. This is an exciting opportunity for an HRBP to be part of a talent team driving innovative HR strategies. You will align HR strategy with business priorities, provide HR support, and drive results. We expect you to contribute to changing career trajectories!
Responsibilities:
1. Provide consultation and coaching to people leaders on performance concerns.
2. Manage employee grievances and behavioral issues, triaging appropriately to ER partners.
3. Support and develop managers through coaching and management development programs.
4. Analyze data, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions to support business goals.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to build scalable HR processes.
6. Identify operational efficiencies in talent processes and advise on employee relations and performance management.
7. Build relationships with HR Business Partners and influence decision-making affecting the organization and staff.
8. Develop a deep understanding of LinkedIn to support organizational needs.
9. Promote LinkedIn’s culture and values, exemplifying company mission and vision.
10. Ensure all activities comply with legal and company policies.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
* HR-related Degree or equivalent experience
* 2+ years HR experience or relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in organizational development, change management, employee relations
* Knowledge of Ireland & UK employment law and labor relations
* Experience in performance management, employee relations, data analytics
* Experience supporting performance and behavior across EMEA and LATAM
* Strong facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust
* Detail-oriented with flexibility to manage priorities
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle ambiguity
* Solid understanding of employment legislation and practical application
